Need to speak to someone about my loan

I'm trying to pay on my account over the phone and they said I have to go in to do it. I will not send anyone to ur office to get a loan cause yall are rude and impolite to yall customers .

User's recommendation: Not to go to yall for any money cause yall not a good place to get a loan so I will never go to yall again and I will tell all my friends and family to never go there either cause yall are not a good place to get a loan or anything and yall are very rude and impolite to yall customers and yall dont work with yall customers if they are behind on there payments.

Your branch is refusing to process phone payment

Ref Phenix City AL branch. The won’t process phone payments anymore saying two returned items and this isn’t true. Been doing phone payments for more than 1 1/2 years.
