Policy Complaint

Bought a house 5 yrs ago. Storm came through and ended up with wind blown rain damage. No torn shingles just leaks. Blamed it on improper roof pitch, yet they insured it. Gave us customer cares number and was told to call them. They would setup tarps and send water damage crew out to dry out the house. They came out , dried the ceiling, cut out the bad spots and that was it. The insurance then said they never give permission to have them do work? Now they want us to pay that also. And they are no longer covering us after this month. How and who are we going to get to insure us with the roof and the ceilings like they are? They then informed us we need a special provision to cover wind blown rain?

They wouldn’t send a second adjuster out considering the first didn’t know what the *** she was looking at. They wouldn’t even call me back. This company SUCKS . I’m changing companies as soon as I can

Tower Hill holding out trying to Bankrupt me

UPDATE: I am going to Mediation with THIG this Friday 6/13/2014. They are trying to wait me out, hoping I will go broke and are offering pennies on the dollar. They are disputing their own contractor estimates. What pieces of work. I am wondering if they are going to call the Mediator a liar as well. I had to hire an attorney to represent me on this. This would be against the law if a citizen did this to another. It called Theft and Fraud. THEY APPEAR TO BE HOPING THAT IF THEY WAIT LONG ENOUGH , WILL GO BROKE AND TAKE WHATEVER THEY OFFER. AIN'T HAPPENING. I paid my premiums and I want my home repaired to the condition it was in prior to the fire no less, no more. You reading thos Ms Weber?

Tower Hill Insurance

I am having to take them to court over damages caused by a simple kitchen fire. Contractors are refusing to work with me when they find out I am insured by Tower Hill Insurance. Renee Heston and Nancy Weber are the adjusters on my claim. Please, stay clear of Tower Hill. I have been out of my home, as it is still smoke damaged, since 3/15/2014. Today is 6/3/2014. I have yet to receive ANY additional living expenses, which are provided for by my policy. No payments have been made for my damaged contents. All costs are being bore by myself and they haven't even offered a settlement but Tower Hill Insurance filed with the State Dept of Financial Services to go to mediation, instead of paying the claim or even making a decent offer. RUN DONT WALK FROM TOWER HILL INSURANCE.

What happened with your claim? I'm having the same issues with Tower Hill and Renee. We've been out of our house for 3 months and nothing has been done.
