Terrible company
- - Ordered 24 golf towels Monday for 2-4 day shipping to LA; no update by Fri.
- - Nine days in, grommets still on; Supercenter ships in 2 days for $10 less.
I Ordered 24 golf towels on a Monday, shipping 2-4 days shipping to Louisiana. On Friday after receiving no shipping info I called & they were putting grommets on but would be shipped out that day.
I was upset that no one contacted me to say it would take a week to ship out & they said no way they would overnight or 2 day it. I had already paid $13 for shipping. The following Thursday I called back and they are still putting grommets on and will ship out that day too.
9 days after ordering & they still putting grommets on. Wow, my 11 yr old can do it quicker.
Towel supercenter will have my towels here in 2 days for 10 dollars less.

Poor quality athletic towels
- - Tried towelhub.com for our gym.
- - Pricing seemed good, but towels were low quality and slow to arrive.
- - Return offered only as a trade-out.
After finding towelhub.com online, thought we would try them for our gym. Their pricing looks good on the surface, but the products that we purchased were far from normal goods.
Maybe leftovers, no idea! Plus it took about 2 weeks to get less than 30 dozen hand towels. Seems a little slow! Have used some other companies over the years, and will not use these guys again.
Wanted to return goods and they only offered a trade out. Not wanting a "trade out" for more poor quality towels, we just used them as rags for wiping down equipment.
