I have been waiting for my shipping return lable.I need to be contacted by email@firstname.lastname@example.org and they haven't sent it yet.Would you please have it emailed over please as soon as possible so that the return can be processed appropriately.The merchandise is a silver grey designer towel rack. The item was missing the wall mount and screws and that's the reason for the actual return I thought about just asking for the wall mount and screws to be orderd separately but, the told me that they didn't have them in stock and I had to file for a refund and a exchange please.Im not mad I kindive just wanted the issue resoved softly
