Verified ReviewerSynergy dual controller
Hi, I used my dual controller yesterday and it worked great. Today only one side worked, the light was red.
I tried a new fuse. What can I do?

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Boots
- - Have had Tour Master boots since Christmas and worn since spring, not a full season.
- - The outer material is disintegrating.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company replaced my boots with another pair. However, the boots they sent me or summer boots, and not fit for a replacement.
I have had a pair of tour master boots since Christmas, and have only worn them since the spring so not even a full season. The outer material on the boots is completely disintegrating before my very eyes. Ive had many tour master items and have not seen this type of poor quality.
- Price point
- Abysmal quality and customer service
Preferred solution: I’d like a pair of boots that do not fall apart within a few weeks
User's recommendation: Do NOT buy these boots. Be aware that customer service for TourMaster is almost impossible to reach. I’ve been trying for a week

Verified ReviewerRepair of jacket and pants
- - Jacket and pants showed minimal damage; no road rash.
- - I would replace with the same Horizon Trek; it offers protection, airflow, rain hood, value.
My original inquiry was about reparing my new jacket and pants.
I was on hwy 32 north in Arkansas. Long story short, I crashed going into a 10 mph 90-degree turn going too fast.
I was wearing the Tourmaster Horizon (Alpine)Trek jacket and pants. I'd removed the level 2 armor from both because I have knee braces (bad knees) and body armor (more options in hot, humid conditions) underneath. Given the impact with asphalt and the bike on top of me, I was expecting the jacket and pants to be shredded. The jacket has a torn seam, otherwise minimal damage.
The worst damage was just above the left knee at the top of the knee brace, otherwise minimal damage. I'm 66 and broke my collarbone, fractured some ribs, and had a concussion from the impact. I didn't have ANY road rash which is pretty amazing and shows the quality, durability and amount of protection this product provided me in this accident. Not only that, but I would recommend Tourmaster Horizon Trek to anyone who is looking for quality and affordable riding protection, not to mention amazing air flow.
Furthermore, I'm going to replace them with the same jacket and pants. It's the complete package, quality, protection, heat, rain (with hood), and cool to cold riding all while remaining affordable. Thanks, Tourmaster for a great product.
The pictures L-R are left shoulder and arm, damage to seam most likely due to fitment strap getting torn loose.
Small tear on front left pocket looking towards the knee, then damage to the knee area. Very little damage to heavy denier fabric on the knee.
- Replacing with same products great product
- Armor needs improved way to keep in place too much movement
Preferred solution: I'm replacing the jacket and pants with the same. I was told it would be 50% off and would receive the sale price as well. It ended up being around $170. for the jacket and pants
User's recommendation: Do your own research. What you get with Tourmaster ticked all the boxes for me after I did!
I’ve had a pair of women’s adventure, motorcycle boots from tour master since Christmas of this year. So, not quite a full season. They are peeling and basically disintegrating before my eyes.
- - Tour Master boots used briefly this summer; inner is fine but outer material is peeling; no receipt for Christmas gift.
My tour master motorcycle boots have been used very briefly only this summer and although the soul and inside of the boot are in perfect condition, the outer material is peeling off rapidly.
I got these boots for Christmas at a womens motorcycle Christmas party. Yankee swap. Unfortunately, I did not get the receipt as they were present.
- Boots are very comfortable
- Price point
- In this case
- Worst quality boot i have worn
Preferred solution: I would love to have some boots that will last me at least one season and not fall apart
User's recommendation: Don’t buy these boots. They are clearly defective.
No return call
- - No response after leaving a detailed message.
- - Boots bought in December show outer layer disintegrating; inside is fine; not even one complete season.
I left a detailed message and have heard nothing back.
I have had a pair of womens tour, master adventure, motorcycle boots since December of this year. So, not even one complete season.
Although the inside of the boot is in perfect condition, as is the soul of the boot, the outer layer is basically disintegrating in front of my eyes. Not sure if this boot has been recalled or if its defective, but some attention to this would be very much appreciated.
User's recommendation: Do not buy this boot

Verified ReviewerRepair of jacket and pants
Not a pissed customer! Thought this was the TOURMASTER customer service.
Wanted to know about repair of product. Customer service answered my questions and gave me options.
Matching pants for the Transition Jacket
I never got my question, answered about which pants would match my Tourmaster Transition Jacket. I was thinking about the Caliper?
Tourmaster Heated Gloves
- - Left glove stopped heating after ~6 months; replacements didn’t fix it.
- - Second pair bought for $225; after ~1 year they work but aren’t warm below 50F; gear unreliable.
I bought Tourmaster Heated leather Gloves from the only company that imports them for $225 bucks. After using them for about 6 months, the left glove wouldn't heat. I tried buying different controllers (from them) and new cables (from them) and new connectors (from them) and the problem persisted.
After doing a lot of research I came to the decision that heated motorcycle apparel (all of it) is glitchy and non-repairable and can not be counted on to last. So, I bought another pair. Another $225 bucks. I've been using them for about a year and although they can't maintain a comfortable warm feeling when the outside temp is below 50f, they are at least still working.
The retailer and the importer both confessed that this heated gear can't be trusted to work all the time. Just *** me off.
Tourmaster saddle bags are junk
- - The saddle bags let water in, soak items, and the buckles rust quickly.
- - Customer service is evasive and they direct you to the dealer.
the worst $190 ever spent, the saddle bags let water in to soak anyhting inside and the 'chrome' buckles rusts quicker that raw iron, stay away from this company, there customer service is very evasive and absolutey no help except to tell you you're problem is a 'very rare' occurrence, go see the dealer you bought them from... this is a good way to get the word out on *** poor products from *** poor manufacturers with *** poor customer service that only care about getting the quick buck from consumers in a country struggling financially. more people need to get the word out on these companies.
