I've hired this company to assist us with SBA 8A certification. Part of the contract was for them to write the company's by-laws for $500.
He provided a copy of by-laws from someone else's document. When questioned him, he said he was terminating the contract and would keep $800. First, he did give me a plagiarized by-laws. Secondly, he kept $300 more than on the contract.
I don't believe he knows anything about providing 8A. He is scamming people and I don't want him to fool anyone else.
