It's a great product.
My tough built knife has not worked in over a year. I got it from Lowe's in Nightdale, but they no longer carry this product.
It lasted about 6 months, and I had forgotten about it. I ran across it today.

The good and the bad

I like the products but they don't provide any email address, only a contact form. When you fill it out just to make an inquiry about product or make a suggestion the form wont let you continue without attaching proof of purchase!
The system is broke and I don't trust a company that can't or won't communicate. No Phone number on the site in spite of the fact that they say a phone call is one of the methods of contact.
Also it is mandatory that you consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing activities just to talk to them or process a warranty. No thank you, I will no longer be purchasing their products unless they make changes.

Crap Customer Service
- The order was canceled without notice and the price was raised by $13.

They cancelled my Amazon order, didn't tell me and then raised the price by $13. An Amazon customer rep confirmed this and that the reason was the price was too low when I bought it.
Obviously, they should have listed it for what they wanted in the first place.
It was a shady rug pull. Sad too, because I saw that the reviews on quality were good.
