Fraud Texas Attorney Bruce Tough, 51 Rolling Stone Place, The Woodlands, TX 77381, 281-681-****, handled a lawsuit for his client where he agreed to a nondisclosure agreement. The settlement agreement indicated no information would be released.

Bruce Tough decided to violate the settlement agreement and openly discuss and release hundreds of pages of records to a third party without the required court order. Bruce Tough represents the exact distrust many people have for attorneys since they LIE CHEAT AND STEAL and this is a good example of a dishonest attorney who did not keep up to his part of the bargain.

Kinda obvious aren't you? ALL your comments posted within 30 days of one another in 2012.

Did you get over your butt-hurt yet? Odd that your comments are the only one here, I guess no one else has a problem with Counselor Tough.

Almost everyone in this office is way beyond stuck up, rude, and could not care less. Amy Reaves is especially bad. She will ignore your emails, messages, etc. as long as she possibly can. If you get so lucky to talk to her on the phone she will make sure she doesn't listen, she interrupts, and she is extremely unprofessional. If you try to address her attitude she will promptly get loud, tell you off, and hang up on you.

Bruce himself did a poor, pitiful job. He made a mistake every time I didn't hold his hand, and then he would try to bill me for the time it took to fix his own mistakes. Needless to say he didn't do squat for my case. After I hired a new lawyer who is doing a great job, I can sincerely say Tough's office is one sorry attempt at running a law firm and a huge waste of time and money.

I have also viewed some online reports that portray Bruce as quite the shady character... I would not recommend him if he was free.

Law Office of Bruce Tough, The Woodlands, Tx, 51 Rolling Stone Place, The Woodlands, TX 77381 www.toughlawfirm.net, is an outright fraud. Bruce Tough, Houston, Texas, settled a case then violated the terms of the agreement by discussing and disclosing hundreds of pages about it.

Unethical and fraudulent attorney.

It is universal when a nondisclosure agreement is entered to that such is absolute unless there is a court order unsealing the record. See, U.S. v.

Glens Falls Newspapers Inc., 160 F.3d 853 (2nd Cir.

1998) (settlement negotiations and agreements do not have to be released to the public because the need for a fair and efficient resolution of the case outweighs the negligible presumption of access to settlement materials). Bruce Tough http://www.votetough.com/ is a fraud.

Bruce Tough has always been a fraud even when I knew him in college. The guy never had any morals.

The entire point of a nondisclosure clause is to prevent disclosure of information without a court order. If Bruce Tough violated the terms of the agreement then the settlement is a fraud.

Attorney Bruce Tough Houston Fraud

Law Office of Bruce Tough, The Woodlands, Tx, 51 Rolling Stone Place, The Woodlands, TX 77381 www.toughlawfirm.net, is an outright fraud. Attorney Bruce Tough settled a lawsuit with a confidentiality agreement where records about the case would not be spoken about or disclosed.

Incredibly, it was discovered Bruce Tough not only discussed information voluntarily, but also voluntarily released hundreds of pages of records which were to be maintained confidential. Bruce Tough of Houston is a *** and violated the settlement agreement by disclosing information without an obligation to do so.

Interesting how all these comments were made within a 60 day window in 2012. This is my attorney and you will never find a more upright integrity filled family than the Tough family. Coulson Toughs legacy lives on.

Sounds like he won this case

Sounds like somebody used to work for this Cat and got fired. Trying to feel better about their situation.

Too bad employers don''t have a site to post employees that steal money, time and resources all the time.

Sorry to disappoint. This was not a former employee of the Tough Law Firm.

It's all coming full circle. Probably shouldn't have tampered with evidence.

We know all about it. That's criminal conduct, 3rd degree felony I believe.

We also know about the failiure to disclose a change in a settlement agreement.

State Bar will deal that.

Finally, it may have taken almost six years, but we know who did what, why, and why Tough covered it up.
