THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY HAVE BEAUTIFUL BEDSPREADS BUT BE WARNED THEY ARE VERY CHEAPLY MADE.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE. AND I DON'T MEAN JUST ONCE OR TWICE BUT EVERY TIME. AN AGENT NAMED 'JIM' (WOULDN'T GIVE ME HIS LAST NAME) IS A REAL PIECE OF WORK. KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BEDSPREADS. WTH IS A MAN DOING WORKING AT A BEDSPREAD DEPT FOR A COMPANY? I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE MANY, MANY, MANY TIMES FOR OVER A HALF HOUR JUST WAITING FOR THEM TO 'FIND MY ACCOUNT!' I WILL NO LONGER SHOP WITH THEM AND HAVE SINCE FOUND A BEAUTIFUL BEDSPREAD AT WAYFAIR WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WHATSOEVER, YOU WILL PLAY *** GETTING IT TAKEN CARE OF. THE QUALITY OF THE BEDSPREAD IS THE WORST OF THE WORST. THE LACE ON THE SPREAD AND VALANCES WAS NOT EVEN SEWED. THE LACE WAS JUST HANGING. VERY POOR QUALITY. VERY CHINSY. DOESN'T AT ALL LOOK LIKE THE PHOTO. I SAY THIS STRICTLY AS A SERVICE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST OF ANYPLACE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

TOUCH OF CLASS - PRICE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was a Touch Of Class customer. Have spent thousands with these people. They are a little pricey but have a variety. Purchased a bedspread, found the pillow accessories less price at another website for less. Different name, same spread. Called for reimbursement of price. Could not get a response from management, left messages, emails. I never received refund for the over price. FINALLY A RESPONSE FROM AN EMPLOYEE, I FELT LIKE I WAS IN COURT TESTIFYING. SO RUDE AND COLD. She interrogated me.p; Wanted to know the name of the website, how much the pillows were etc;smacking gum in my ear , she then stated they would take the freight charge out of the refund. It was her job not mine to research the facts before she called . Then received email from Phillip. Called, no response, left messages, no response. Touch of Class has not been bought out, family still own it. Horrible experience. The bed spread was in a wad in the container, wrinkled. Steam ironed for 5 hours, should have taken to the cleaners. Not near the quality of one I purchased from them ten years ago. The people who answer the phones are professional and helpful. Upper management, maybe it is a second generation of the family, need to go find a different job. Something they like, and can be professional at.
