Resolved: Help in tickets
Hi, I bought a ticket to Tottenham vs Brentford on 21.9 through my brother's account and I would love some help. Can I get in with his name on the ticket and if not, how can I put my own name on it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Arrived 517 north upper stand row 17 the last seat near stairs and sat down enjoyed the first half .
2nd half everyone is claiming seats the stewards kept telling me to take any seat whats free and I was kept getting asked to move which was pretty embarrassing so I decided to stand to the side - anywhere.
The stewards and security told me I couldnt stand anywhere not even on the side out of the way from any one.
Everywhere I was trying to just watch my team I couldnt apart from in the lobby area on the screen.
I was told by the steward that one fan from another angle view didnt like me standing. I had the worst time of my life as Spurs fan of 38 years.
Iv been to every home game this season.
I really love my club and my chairman Daniel Levy but as a fan who goes to every home game ,sometimes with my daughter I will not be returning. Im sorry.

Signed up for the membership, added a ticket to my cart, then attempted to checkout. The payment errored, then the ticket was removed from my cart and no longer listed as available.
But i just checked my credit card statement and the payment was charged to my credit card!
They just stole my money! I have no recourse but to do a chargeback.

Absolute rubbish, can never get to speak to someone, I cant read properly but you expect me to do everything online

The site doesn't let me purchase a membership+ for an adult and I already have a user, I'd love for help.
I've subscribed and I got a message that confirmed it but when I try to gen a membership the site doesn't let me. It sais : were sorry!
