8 months pregnant refused use of toilet

i would like to state the fact, i was refused use of toilet by subway employees at Tottenham Hale, even though i was 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old and a paying customer. The staff have no sympathy and just said they have no toilets, I am shocked this is very big company and there is no customer service. I will not be returning ever again and i will tell all my friends. I have also contacted council and have been informed you have a moral duty to comply but not a legal duty, i am dissapointed with this also.
