Very self-serving company with horrible customer service!
Isotoner is a VERY difficult company to order directly from. Once you place an order with them, you cannot cancel it, no matter how fast you contact them to do so.
Customer service is horrible. Theres no CS phone number readily available, and once you find one, you can call until you are blue in the face and youll never reach an actual personjust a recording telling you to e-mail them. Once I received the order that Isotoner wouldnt cancel, I returned to them it immediately without even opening the package. I had to pay shipping to receive the order, pay more to ship it back to them, and then they kept $10 of my refund, stating that I used their return shipping label, which I did NOT!
I ended up finding the same Isotoner gloves on Amazon for $15 with free shippingno hassles.
And the only reason I purchased anything Isotoner was for someone else who asked for those specific gloves. Never again!
User's recommendation: Don’t buy directly. If you have to have Isotoner, check out Amazon first.

I have contacted Amazon France twice about this issue with no reply. I just want to return a pair of slippers and the Company Isotoner have not replied to confirm that they will refund me
