My order is being returned why? I paid $5.99 to get this order shipped to ups hold so that I can pick it up apparently the sender asked UPS to send it back to him total bs I need the items for gifts for Christmas

I was sent the wrong color duffle. I requested a refund or exchange and was not granted one.
Their customer service sucks. They were absolutely no help at all, basically going back and forth with me and not providing any help.
The worst online shopping experience ever and I shop online for almost everything since 2015. Will not ever buy from them again!

I placed two ORDERS on the SAME DAY. For some reason they are UNABLE to send MY FIRST ORDER.
IT'S BEEN SITTING AS "PAID" AND "UNFULFILLED" For a MONTH NOW. I cannot SPEAK TO A PERSON. I Have been texting and emailing FOR A MONTH !!!

They don’t tell you where your order is
I ordered my product on November 24. I still havent gotten that Ive sent texts and emails and they cant tell me when its going to be shipped its still showing that the shipment is unfulfilled but they took my money.
