Hello, I'm trying to order online, and the majority of the stuff I'm purchasing is BOGO, but it's not showing up in my cart as BOGO for all the items that are BOGO.
Preferred solution: My BOGO items
Product not rcvd Sind order Nov24…1 star only becuz I can’t give a zero….
I ordered my product on Dec 24. I still havent gotten that Ive sent texts and emails and they cant tell me when its going to be shipped.
Ive initiated claims for return, emailed replacement options All to no avail.its still showing that the shipment is unfulfilled but they took my money and will not return my money over 10 emails just to get told they will pass it along.
Ive even seen them put the backpack they owe me on flash sale. But I cant get mine thats paid for nor can I get requested equivalent productsHorrible customer service.

I have made several attempts to find out the status of my order since purchase 3/31/25, and to this day, there has been no success in receiving my order, and no live person has reached out to me to let me know why my order hasn't been fulfilled. I have initiated the process of disputing this transaction through my bank.

I need to knw what happened to my orders
Why is it so hard to talk to Customer Service about an order that I placed with this company? I just need to talk to somebody and they send me to chat and I just need to talk to somebody and they send me to chat and I gotta pay to talk to somebody.
I spent over $300 with them, please make it make sense. I am not a happy customer right now because Im not getting my questions answered.
No tracking number
I pre ordered a set that was supposed to ship on valentine's day. Today is now the 28th still no tracking number or any information at all about this order.

My order is being returned why? I paid $5.99 to get this order shipped to ups hold so that I can pick it up apparently the sender asked UPS to send it back to him total bs I need the items for gifts for Christmas

I was sent the wrong color duffle. I requested a refund or exchange and was not granted one.
Their customer service sucks. They were absolutely no help at all, basically going back and forth with me and not providing any help.
The worst online shopping experience ever and I shop online for almost everything since 2015. Will not ever buy from them again!

I placed two ORDERS on the SAME DAY. For some reason they are UNABLE to send MY FIRST ORDER.
IT'S BEEN SITTING AS "PAID" AND "UNFULFILLED" For a MONTH NOW. I cannot SPEAK TO A PERSON. I Have been texting and emailing FOR A MONTH !!!
