I placed two ORDERS on the SAME DAY. For some reason they are UNABLE to send MY FIRST ORDER. IT'S BEEN SITTING AS "PAID" AND "UNFULFILLED" For a MONTH NOW. I cannot SPEAK TO A PERSON. I Have been texting and emailing FOR A MONTH !!! THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I NEED to SPEAK to a PERSON !!!

I was sent the wrong color duffle. I requested a refund or exchange and was not granted one. Their customer service sucks. They were absolutely no help at all, basically going back and forth with me and not providing any help. The worst online shopping experience ever and I shop online for almost everything since 2015. Will not ever buy from them again!
