Dining Room Chairs ORDER#: TF-511031

Dear Customer Care:

I am writing about two dining room chairs that I purchased from your company. I previously purchased the same chairs from another Ashley Furniture distributor.

The color description was dark gray. I ordered two more chairs from Totally furniture, using the same style and color description. The style of the chairs I received is correct; however, the color is more black than dark gray.

After several attempts, I finally received authorization to return the chairs at my own expense. I have contacted all the delivery services, including the post office.

The least expensive return is $150.00. I paid $389.00 for the chairs. I believe you are really being unfair to me as a customer acting in good faith.

Please reconsider, and issue a return ticket for the chairs.

It's not my fault that the color is not as shown online.

Deceitful advertising and promises

Early August, I ordered three desks for my grand children who would desperately need them because we knew that in September they would be taught through virtual learning and not in school due to the pandemic.

When I placed the order the Totally Furniture website info boldly stated that with 7-10 days (usually less) the desks would be shipped. It is now more than a month since I ordered and still no desk, just promises, promises, promises.

TOtally Furniture now claims they are powerless because they turned the order over to a distribution/delivery outfit.

If true, this should have been stated up front before taking my money.

How irresponsible and deceitful, because now all day, every day my grandchildren do not have a proper place to do their school work. This is shameful!
