Total petrol station , car wash service

during asking to clean my car today in Total STATION , Egypt, Cairo, Autostrade road . they took the car & after finishing they called me to deliver it i found it not cleaned well & even worse than the beginning. the car looks awful & the interiors looks normal not shiny like other service providers (local & cheaper) & when i talk to the manager he said (7asal khir) or sorry later we will improve . Thanks a million for delivering my message to the board of TOTAL http://www.total.com/en/ there web site , knowing that they have just acquired shell stations a year ago & the service was so much better

Forgotten Bag Review

I went to total service station in makoi on sunday to buy coke n i forget my plastic bag on the counter n one the came n return plastic n started sowring at me n went cal the police .i neva said anythng i hope u wil take sum action .my no.963**** thank you
