I have had Total Wireless for over a year and have never had a problem. Both phones are on auto refill and we have never been without service. Saving tons of money compared to old bill (Verizon) and have same service. Even if we did encounter a few hiccups I don't think I would be too upset due to price of service. I have had Total Wireless for a year now... I have 4 different phones on this plan. This morning, all 4 phones were saying "address invalid" and "no data service" whenever we tried to send text messages. I contacted Total Wireless, and entertained their "troubleshooting" scheme for over an hour. Reboot the phones... all 4 of them. Reprogram all 4 phones. Recheck WIFI and then MOBILE DATA. Reboot the phones... all 4 of them. Still no improvement....

I"ve had verizion wireless and straight talk. I get same coverage without spending all the extra money on those plans. I love total wireless. Saves me money.Great reception. I live in the country where its hard to get good reception:)

I only want unlimited calling and text. I could care less about data or any other extras. For 25 bucks a month Total Wireless is the cheapest I have found. So far NO coverage problems, no refill problems,no tech problems, NO PROBLEMS. $25 a month for unlimited talk and text, I am satisfied ! Every month when my cycle was billed, I had to get a new sim card.They couldn't explain to me why that happened. Hours on the phone and website chat. I lost days and days of having cell service.
