Service Problems

I am the customer. I dealt with a retailer called Total Security on Harlem Avenue n Chicago. They did not offer refunds at the time I was ok with this until I got the product home a Nanny Camera. I could not get it to work as advertised. Their tech support was lousy I was afraid to call and speak to the designated person. When I returned it for a different type of product I invested more money thinking this system would work better. Well I dont know if will yet. One because I am having hard time figuring it out. This retailer sold me cameras knowing I wanted audio capable but expressed he did not think that I should be recording audio. This was his personal belief and would not exchange them. I realize there are laws but these products are for sale. I feel this was my choice and was not going to use it against any one. Once the sales were made he totally lost interest in helping in any fashion. Buyer beware of this retailer. Maybe if you order a complete security system with installation ( maybe this is his interest). I f so he should not sell the smaller covert products.Sincerely,Chris Sandowski

I ordered one of these and, from what I could tell, what was sent to me was a plastic shell with no working parts inside. I sent it back and put a stop payment on my credit card. They have refused to send me alternate items that they have on their website as replacements that total less than the cost of the original item. They have refused to respond to me in writing - I have sent multiple letters and emails. I firmly believe that this place is just a big time scamming operation that preys on people who are trying to be secretive about what they are doing, so they feel that they are untouchable. My credit card company has been unsuccessful in helping to resolve this situation. The company is refusing to cooperate in any way, shape or form. I have nothing to show for the money of mine they have. I am very angry and if there is a class action lawsuit against this company, please contact me.
