I had to file a dispute with my bank because they refused to contact me, no apologies and nothing done to resolve. They need to be shut down!!!

I've called my bank and filed a dispute since they refused to give me an itemized receipt and no X-rays were given to me. TotalWaste of my time, gas and energy to still be in pain and have to go to EMERGENCY ROOM

These hacks changed their DBA NAME AS TO AVOID MANY BAD REVIEWS ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND ILLEGAL INSURANCE BILLING AND UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD CHARGES FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED. "DR" LIVINGSTON HAD NO DEGREES NOR CERTIFICATES ON HIS OFFICE WALL AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE OR IF HE REALLY ATTENDED MEDICAL SCHOOL.

THIS IS WHY CHIROPRACTORS ARE NOT TRUSTED IN THE MAINSTREAM MEDICAL COMMUNITY.
I TOLD LIVINGSTON SEVERAL TIMES I DIDNT WANT TO TAKE XRAYS FOR A THIRD TIME IN TWO WEEKS AND HE SWIFTLY IGNORED ME SO THEY COULD MAKE UP FAKE CHARGES FOR UNNEEDED SERVICE. I ALREADY HAD TWO XRAYS DONE AND MRIS ON A DISK AND THERE WAS NO REASON TO TAKE A THIRD ROUND OF XRAYS, WHICH HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GIVE ME A COPY, but as of a week later, KIM Hasn't KEPT HER PROMISE TO EMAIL ME THE XRAYS NOR ITEMIZED RECEIPT FOR THE $63.00 THEY CHARGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THE DAY BEFORE. I DINT GET Adjusted AT ALL SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR, THE CONSULTATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NO COST.
THIS IS AN INSURANCE MILL, THEY TAKE WORK COMP OR ACCIDENT CLAIMS FOR LAWYERS AND CHARGE THE BILL REALLY HIGH FOR THEM TO CLAIM SUBSTANTIAL Damages. IVE SEEN IT MANY TIMES BEFORE.

THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, PROMISED TO HELP ME GET OUT OF PAIN BUT DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE AND THEN TAKE BOTH MY INSURANCE CARDS AND ALL MY MEDICAL DOCUMENTS FOR WHAT? I WANT ALLY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS RETURNED AS WELL AS MY MONEY. YOU DIDNT KEEP YOUR WORD AND LACK INTEGRITY. THATS WHY YOU CHANGED YOUR NAME TO PREMIER!!!

I WILL ALSO COMPLAIN TO YOUR Board WHO LICENSES YOU AND THE TEXAS ATTORNEY GENERAL. THE HEALTHCARE OR LACK Thereof IS A MAJOR PROBLEM IN TEXAS.

ALMOST EVERY *** SO CALLED DR HAS DROPPED THE BALL AND NOT KEPT TO THEIR OATH TO HELP PEOPLE. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND AN INVESTIGATION NEEDS TO BE HELD.
