Bad experience
- - The Colleyville exam was in May 2014.
- - I waited over 2 hours.
- - The exam by helpers was short; Driskoll was rude about the wait.
- - I won't be back.
Went to Colleyville offic May 2014 for a rountine eye exam
I was thinking I might need to get some glasses or contacts
Just wanted an exam and to talk about eyeglass versus contacts
Was considering soft contacts if they would work for me
The recepsionist was nice but I waited over two hours
past my appt. time before they saw me.
The exam by helpers was very short and not very through
Then I had to wait some more before the the great and mighty doctor
finally saw me
Dr Driskoll did not care that I had to wait so long
Actually rude about it
I will not be back!!!

Bait and Switch
- - Advertised inexpensive glasses; price range verified by phone.
- - After the exam, glasses were $300–$500, not as advertised, and Durwood was rude.
Total Eye Care adverise on web site inexpensive glasses. I called the office and verified the price range.
I got an eye exam and then met with the eyeglass people. After you go over all the options all they have are $300- $500 dollar glasses. This is not what they advertise or what they tell you over the phone.When i complained the *** office manager (Durwood) came out and told me to take it or leave it. He was rude and offensive.
Do not do business with these folks. This is very much a bait and switch operation.
