I spent hundreds on this game. I asked for a refund for an accidental purchase, and Google approved it, and they blocked me for it.
Even though I spent hundreds of dollars a week on their game, now they won't even respond back. They straight ghosted me.

Harassment and Bullying from another player

I am trying to contact a supervisor in order to file a complaint. I am in Kingdom #255/Clan KEV.
There are 2 players that go by the name ROE and Daddy that have been constantly attacking me and my clan. No one in the clan can do anything about it because these two went and purchased accounts from someone else that are very powerful. They attack at all times of the day and night. Yes, I can keep a shield up at all times, but that causes me to miss out on Clash of the Throne and other games.
I should not have to deal with the consistent attacks. It has gotten so bad that several players in the clan have already left the game entirely. I am asking you to please intervene and ask these two to stop the constant bullying and harassment. If I cannot get you to do so, I will be forced to hire an attorney to force your hand because what these two are doing is against the law in the United States.
Internet bullying and harassment are crimes in this country, and I am trying to handle this the correct way. I don't mind being attacked at all, but when you have someone such as these two who are ruining the game experience for others, it should be policy that you intervene.
I would greatly appreciate any help you may be able to offer in this matter. Thank you.

Hallo,i bought a package from totalbattle last week but i didn't get it and then after half an hour i booked my money back and later suddenly my account was blocked immediately. so i tried to reach the support team all week by the email but i got no answer.
I sent more than 6 mail to ask if i can do anything to get my account back and also appologize to them if i did mistake or something else!. So
i don't know what to do anymore.

Never contacted by the company
I've been leveling up my city and doing very well. I had my warehouse leveled up, I believe, to a level 19 or 20.
Yesterday, I logged in and my warehouse was demolished. I didn't demolish it. Nobody can access my phone because of biometric fingerprint recognition. It was just simply demolished.
So, you have to ask yourself, why would I demolish my own warehouse? The answer is, 'I wouldn't'. Something must have happened. Since yesterday, I've used up all of my resources trying to level up my warehouse.
In total, I have spent $285 building my city. They will not respond!
