Hostile towards African Americans, refuses to see, made up a reason not in my medical record to not see, and his associate, Garrett McGaugh (unlicensed physical therapist), was recently reported for billing fraud. I would expect physical therapy in La-Jolla, 92037, 92122, to be profession and not discriminate.
It is important to check the credentials of any professional.
Do not allow people who are not professional to work with you as, especially in a personal injury case, the defense attorney finds about the moral character of your witness, it may damage your case. When it comes to billing fraud or racism, I cannot think of a worse thing.

Torrey Pines Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Garrett-McGaugh is an unlicensed physical therapist at 4520 Executive Drive, San Diego, Ca 92122, http://tpomg.com. Very unprofessional and illegal conduct by him when he tried to fraudulently bill for services to my insurance company.
Garrett is a very feminine male, and acts more emotional than a 12yo girl who's getting braces and truly ruins the reputation of such a nice place.
He could not answer why there was an attempted overbilling, tried to interpret the doctor's prescription - however he is NOT a licensed physical therapist but still in school - and simply rescheduling an appointment seemed like quite the task for him. Do not trust your medical information to anyone who tries to defraud you.
