Garrett is a very feminine male, and acts more emotional than a 12yo girl who's getting braces and truly ruins the reputation of such a nice place.
He could not answer why there was an attempted overbilling, tried to interpret the doctor's prescription - however he is NOT a licensed physical therapist but still in school - and simply rescheduling an appointment seemed like quite the task for him. Do not trust your medical information to anyone who tries to defraud you.
