Lisa Blackmon Jones and myself are on a trip of a lifetime. The Xmas market from Vienna to Lucene.
The rotational seat arrangement is way past its time. Whatever happened to first come first serve.
The first night Lisa and I sat in the front row after the rotational seat went into effect. The "rich" Americans got the front half of the bus and the rest of us "BACK OF THE BUS" yesterday we rotated one row forward. The front held their front section.
As I see we all paid the same amount of money but we got "the back of the bus".
Right now other Trafalgar trips are being held. I do expect action and communication from TTC.
- Great trip
- Terrible bus ride

Horrific service
Ttc service at Dundas west station is absolutely disgusting!!! (Especially the 168 line!) constant delays (or the bus dont even Show up).
I follow the app to the second! And this happens all the time. You can clearly see the bus drivers dont give a *** about the schedule or the people. I understand not all ttc drivers are the same, BUT TOO MANY ARE SIMILAR LIKE THIS!!!
And this is way too consistent for this not to be unknown! And Im willing to bet ttc makes certain apps and websites malfunction on purpose, so people cant post their complaints or call in about it!!!
Like the submit as anonymous checkbox, and the *** phone line 416 393 **** is not in service!!! You are the TT-FKN-C HOW TF YALL DONT HAVE A PHONE LINE???

They can't get fired so they will do as they please.
They should be worried about repeating customers. But if you ride these TTC vehicles terrible service
stay away.

SICK AND TIRED OF THEM TAKING UP A MOVING LANE
HEY TTC....who do you get to clean your bus shelters and change the advertising.?????? I have seen this many times and at various times of day especially at rush hour....the trucks take up a lane to do the shelters when there are empty spaces all around for them to park...BUT NO!
as in thIS case they park in a right turn lane, which is also the bus drop off and pick up area. AND RIGHT BEHIND THE SHELTER IS A EMPTY PARKING LOT WITH SPACES RIGHT BEHIND THE SHELTER.....this is the corner of Markham and Kingston road....Surely TTC there has to be 'A BETTER WAY"

Verified Reviewer |AVOID THE TTC and boycott all TTC and City of Toronto Events
The TTC is refusing to re-open the manned ticket counters at the Yorkdale and Sheppard West subway stations that used to provide patrons with change and sold tokens. They're planning on shutting down all the manned ticket counters at all subway stations right across Toronto.
The TTC plans to stop selling tickets, tokens and its remaining passes (GTA Weekly Pass and TTC Day Pass) on Nov. 30, 2019. They couldn't care less about customer service. They're also refusing to allow cash-paying GO Transit customers to use the lower TTC rate when connecting from GO Transit.
Their Polish employee at Union Station refused me this discount on Oct. 11/19.
Write or call them and tell them to re-open all the manned ticket counters across Toronto, keep selling tickets, tokens and passes and allow cash-paying GO Transit customers to use the lower TTC rate when connecting from GO Transit.
Write to the Mayor John Tory at City Hall, 2nd Flr., 100 Queen St. W. Toronto, ON M5H 2N2.
Call him at (416) 397-**** or fax him at (416) 696-****.
Write to the TTC Chair Jaye Robinson, Alan Heisey Vice-Chair, Richard J.
Leary CEO, and the other Commissioners Brad Bradford, Shelley Carroll, Joanne De Laurentiis, Jim Karygiannis, Ron Lalonde, Jennifer McKelvie and Denzil Minnan-Wong c/o the TTC at 1900 Yonge St., Toronto, ON M4S 1Z2. Call them at 416-393-****.
Boycott all the stupid PRESTO cards and tickets.

Toronto Transit Commission Needs To Improve Their Service!
There are a lot of complaints launched about the Toronto Transit Commission's Service and I can see Why?
I have actually complained to them before, but they are unfortunately one of those companies that are just Too Big to Care and it shows!
However, my New Public Complaints Shall Remain Permanent On The World Web for everyone to see.
Back on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, I was at the Yonge and Sheppard Subway Station waiting for the train to go Southbound at approximately 1:30 PM when all of a sudden the train arrived, but we were all told Not To Board The Train and that there would Not be any more trains heading Southbound and then were told to go upstairs and catch the bus on Yonge Street right in front of the McDonald's.
I did what I was told and there were many people waiting for a shuttle bus that was supposed to be taking us along Yonge Street Southbound, however, Nothing arrived.
In Fact, the only buses that did arrive and pass us by had the sign written in front stating that they were Out Of Service!
In Addition, they had No Staff Members Available To Assist Us With The Sudden Changes and therefore We Were On Our Own!
What Kind Of a Transit System Is This Anyway?
Apparently Not A Very Good One!
You tell us to go and catch a bus and claimed that there would be shuttle buses there waiting to take us Southbound along Yonge Street, but In Reality, there was Nothing There except for the buses that I had just mentioned above and I do have Photographs of those buses as evidence.
Well, after waiting almost 30 minutes, I decided to go back into the subway station to see if there were any trains operating along the Southbound Route and Thankfully there were.
Sadly, I was about 30-45 minutes late for my appointment because of this unreliable service and had they been more honest on exactly what was going on, then I would have been On Time For My Appointment!
End Of Story!
Your Toronto Transit Commission's Bus And Subway System Really Suck And You All Know It!
Final Thoughts: For The Price Of $3.25 Cents Each Way, It Is Simply A Big Rip Off Because They Raise The Fares Every Year With And/Or Without A Cause And There Are Rarely Any Good Improvements For Their Increases To Make Up For It!
- Fact that i made it 45 minutes late
- Told us not to board the southbound train for invalid reasons
- Was 45 minutes late 4 my appointment because of their negligence
- Are too expensive at three dollars and 25 cents per ride
Preferred solution: they never offer refunds or give you free tokens for their mistakes! they just take and take and take! i hate this company!
Unsafe
I do not feel to safe using the TTC, and I'm not sure if anyone in Toronto does. The workers are suspicious and unprofessional, other transit goers are threatening, and it is just a very unclean service in general.
I do not have a metro pass because I think it takes advantage of transit goers wallets. Instead, I buy tokens and use the TTC as infrequently as possible.
There is always at least one person who is thinking about committing a crime in a subway station, and I am being honest when I say that is not the type of situation I am built for. Anyway, I do not use the TTC because it is just plain sketchy.
- Dirty
- Unsafe
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

It is 2022 as I read this. Nothing has changed or gotten better.
Except that what you describe with shuttlebuses is still happening but even more often.
And, yup, they don't even pretend to be concerned about service problems. They are masters of 'gaslighting' if you try to contact customer service.
