In-laws paid $400 USD for a gift card and their codes do not work and when we called customer service MULTIPLE TIMES they pretend they "don't know why" they don't work, and then HANG UP ON YOU.
We've been trying for days to get this fixed, and they just keep hanging up.
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The story actually had a happy ending and after too many back and forth they decided to refund us.
They deserve -10 not one but that's not the option.
They sold us the ticket under the Royal Thompson hall for 440$ US and send us the receipt that the tickets are 123$ CA. Rip off!
When we called them, they said sorry we don't refund! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not used to ordering theatre tickets online in Toronto so tried this site thinking it was legitimate. ORdered two tickets as Xmas presents.
. When I realized I had purchased in USD, I called them and explained that this is not an expectation of anyone buying for a Toronto event in Toronto. They said, no it's there in the type and we cannot help you at all. This was 5 minutes after I had purchased them.
No customer service, or even an attempt to help. Staff was belligerent and condescending even after i explained that people in Toronto do not expect to buy Toronto events in USD.
Scam artists. Never again.

I have called them immediatly to cancel this purchasing but it was not succesful. They play the froud game by the next approach 1. They do not indicated that it is US company (mask it by the name "Toronto Theatre" 2. They do not indicated that all prices are in USD (not CAN) 3.

After you are placing your order they can charge ANY price they wont. This is complictly FROUD anf SCAM company

I got charged $1200 for $65 tickets. Plus they charged my VISA twice. When I complained they were very rude and refused to help me. Visa company do not help you either.
I talked to the manager. She was rude and liar.
