I have emailed The Toronto Star twice today, The first email was explanation of a billing dispute with a screenshot of my credit card showing a charge made by The Toronto Star. I sent it to starsupport@***.ca.
This was the email provided to me by customer support. It was rejected. I sent a second email including two screen shots. One was the credit card bill and the second was the rejection.
I forwarded the second email to starsupport@***.ca It was also rejected, Please resolve this billing issue and send me the resolution. I am very frustrated!

User's recommendation: Be very cautious providing your billing information. They must have had it on file from a previous short-term promotion I signed up for. The support staff said she could not find my information. I was asked to send a screen shot and given an email Addy. That email was rejected. I found another contact email online and sent it again. I had also said they are not to keep my billing info. This has been very stressful for me since I am a widowed senior with a several longterm disabilities. This is straight up fraud!
