The Toronto Public Library needs more qualified and skilled workers in their system. Ever time I visit one of these locations, I am left disappointed at their poor customer service and lack of knowledge.
It is never a good thing to walk into a library and be disgusted by the people who work there. In fact, I am positive that the government of Ontario could find more suitable library workers. I am creeped out by the unprofessional atmosphere in the libraries of Toronto.
Also, the lack of books, and unsanitary environment deem these places as unsafe and unhealthy for the people who go there. I would like to see more changes in the future.
