Poor customer service. Transferred to an extension for a voicemail!
Seems no one wants to help resolve the problem. Pushed to talk to another employee that never answers the phone. All I'm looking for is to make a purchase of a few Tork timers: a 402B or a 493B with a bottom plug.
Which I'm assuming the design has changed to a side plug. What do I do since you need a bottom plug?

- - The timer lost connectivity to the pump and a back wire wasn't turning it on.
I was having issues with pool running. Called electrician to find it wasnt the pump it wasnt the box it was the timer.
The timer lost connectivity to pump. He showed me this wire in the back that wasnt turning the motor on/ off.
I bought this timer last year for pool and it has failed less than year. Can someone help in the matter.

Wiring help
Directions that came with timer was useless. I call tech support and had it wired in 5 minutes. Wish the directions explained it like the technician.

Poor customer service

- - My call disconnected at 5:pm; auto attendant said you were closed and to call back when open.

Timer "Time Bomb"
- - The second timer died this week; no parts, a replacement was bought and not a Tork.
- - The first timer lasted four years; this one nearly two, tabs break.
The second Tork timer died this week. This is the timer used to start and stop the motor that powers the pool filter. The first one lasted four years (installed by the previous home owner) this one lasted two years, almost.
The timer tabs keep breaking so you have to have a good supply of them. This time the main clock spindle broke when I was setting the clock to Daylight Savings Time.
Called the 800 # to order a new gear, only to hear after a 30 minute wait on hold, "We don't sell no parts!!" You got to buy a new timer!"
Well I did. and it was not a Tork!!
Preferred solution: Do a better job with future customers... You have lost me forever.
