I need help programming a E101B

Needed help programming the equipment and absolutely terrific help. Very very helpful. I have a E1003B electronic control box. I was a little bit confused and the young man wont be right to it. Treated me like a person and I certainly appreciate the young man that help me.

Question concerning Tork 307 timer with 4 way switch involved

Was reliable and quick to answer all questions. Professional and excellent service. Gentlemen I spoke to was able to explain to me everything I needed to know.

Poor customer service

Called customer service at 4:58pm. Placed on hold by rep for the technical support staff. At 5:pm my call was disconnected. I called back and received the auto attendant message that you were closed and to call back when open!

Timer "Time Bomb"

The second Tork timer died this week. This is the timer used to start and stop the motor that powers the pool filter. The first one lasted four years (installed by the previous home owner) this one lasted two years, almost. The timer tabs keep breaking so you have to have a good supply of them. This time the main clock spindle broke when I was setting the clock to Daylight Savings Time. Called the 800 # to order a new gear, only to hear after a 30 minute wait on hold, "We don't sell no parts!!" You got to buy a new timer!" Well I did. and it was not a Tork!!
