Defective

My failed 3 ton floor jack (after only two uses) remains unresolved. I have a Pittsburg that I have had since 2004 that I have used dozens of times that still works great, but not my Torin--it seems to have been disposable. I'm am going to continue to pursue this because I don't want anyone else to get taken advantage of as I and a long scroll of others have. You don't come to our country and knowingly continue to sell defective jacks used to hoist heavy vehicles...

Ripping of scores of customers

Their product failed after two uses. Their proposed solution? Fix it myself, or blame Walmart!! I have no idea how to repair their item; that is a job for qualified personnel. Someone could lose their life or be seriously injured. Furthermore, this is far from a Walmart problem.

Lack of warranty support

I have a Craftsman 2 ton floor jack that stopped lifting.

I contacted Craftsman warranty department and they forwarded me to Torin, saying that Torin is responsible for all the floor jack issues. This is as much a review for Craftsman as it is for Torin.

All over the internet are claims of full lifetime warranty for this product. Craftsman warranty claims are still an active process by all accounts. Craftsman claims the floor jack is made by Torin exclusively and wants you to deal directly with them. They even kindly forward you to the Tori company. Torin claims otherwise. They denied the claim. Their playing the SHELL GAME. WORSE THAN AN INSURANCE COMPANY!

Seems to me and probably you, that both these outfits don't give a *** about the customer. Should you wish to purchase a item from either one of these companies, I strongly suggest you don't. They brag upfront of fabulous warranty only the pull the rug out from underneath you when it comes their time to do their part.

Oh yes, I'm sure that once they see this they will have all the excuses as to their actions. THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS, THEY LIE AND DON'T HONOR THE PROMISES MADE TO YOU UP FRONT WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Don't make yourselves into the fool by buying their items. Consider yourself warned. They have been given the opportunity up front to handle this like any honest company and they've failed.

Maybe Harbor Freight gets my business, as long as there's no affiliation with Torin. Check the fine print.

Looking for replacement part

Asked Torin Support to price a replacement part for a floor jack. Was asked to send photos of part. Sent 7 photos and requested response two more times in the last 4 weeks. Response from Support was CRICKETS chirping !!! Don't expect any response from these folks !!

Jack failed

bought at canadian tire in sudbury ontario, lasted 18 months , phoned customer service cant help me have to pay for part and or shipping, DO NOT PURCHASE any of there products, garbage.

Purchased 20 Ton Bottle Jack T91207A through Home Depot

Missing Parts, Poor Packing. Package says don't return this to the store Call Us for Fast Friendly Service. 5 hours of calling and 13 messages later, I got to talk to an operator who cut me off. Called back again and finally got to talk to a CS Rep. who told be to give the serial number off the jack and she would mail the missing parts. I will receive the missing parts within 10 to 15 DAYS !!!!
