On Sunday June 19, 2022 I called and placed an order to the Torchys Taco in Shreveport, LA. 20 minutes later I arrived to the store to pick up my order and was told they didnt put it in because I didnt leave my name! The worker never asked my name, just my order and told me goodbye. I asked to speak with a manager and he acted like he didnt care! I asked for the guy name who took my order and it was Chase! I also asked the manager how to file a complaint and he said I could only do it with him and walked off. Another worker told me that this is not the first time Chase has taken an order and didnt put it in! I was also told that the manager on duty and Chase were good friends so thats why he didnt care! I was very unsatisfied being that I order for torchys very frequently!!
