They don't stand by their product

After 2 winters, the stakes in the ground broke off because ground was frozen and high winds. I want compensation or a new complete set

Defective product with terrible customer service

I had multiple lights that caught fire when connected. There was some internal fault.
When I contact customer support, then asked for a video of the items smoking. I refused as that was a terrible idea (they asked me to start something on fire and take a video).
I assumed they didn't believe me, but they also refused shipping a replacement without this. Since it was past 30 days they would not provide a refund.

The flood light I bought it total junk

Don't buy from this company if you expect them to stand by there warranty as I just bought there light that did not work customer service representative said they would not send a replacement light was only a day old this is a total scame they should not be doing business in the USA selling lights advertised with a 5 year warranty and not sending a replacement after just buying this light it's a true rip-off
