Past Orders

Hi, I booked the "Tea Around Town" standard admission in New York and was very disappointed. The bus was beautiful, the people on the bus were great, and the food that was served was no more than a 2-star. The little sandwiches were extra dry, probably left out the whole morning. There were missing small desserts on one of the plates and for the tea they came around only once to give us a sample taste, 1 tea serving! I asked for the missing deserts and told me they had no more. If I pay for 10, I want 10. We were a party of four. Also, we booked the NYC Sightseeing Pass 48-Hours, a bit disappointed. They were selling the night tour at $19. Totally not fair that we bought the whole package.

Bad service

Workers fighting in front of everyone. Long lines and people skipping the line before the one in front. Workers letting them do that. Bus full in every stop with no chance to get in. Waste of money and time

Misleading information and undisclosed information

We visited NYC this past weekend and had a very disappointed experience with the hop on hop off bus due to false claims and advertising about the tours, times, and views we would have. Our first bus driver did not tell us there was headphones to listen to the tour or give us the map so we missed all the information. The app claimed to show real time pickups but it did not and it was not helpful at all. We did not know when to get off because the map was so vague and the stops were not very close to actual areas to visit in many cases so there was a good bit of walking required to see things. Also we asked several times how long the loop took and was told 2 hours but at 2 hours we were not even half way around and had not seen but maybe one point of interest off in the distance. We were not told that we would have to get off and change busses delaying the time even more. This was all early to mid afternoon. Many times the top was full and could not even see anything from the bottom seats. After transferring busses and sitting still for long periods of time we realized we were not going to make it back to our hotel in the time they said we would and had to get off and use expensive Ubers or taxis to get around. We planned on using the bus again after 6pm but were not told at time of sale that they no longer run at night except for night tour which does not make any stops which means again we have to Uber to and from that location. Again this information should have been disclosed at sale! Once we realized how much time and how useless the bus was going to be for us to get around because of the extremely long times (hours and hours) we could not utilize it for more than the first afternoon so our 48 hour tickets were wasted. We also could not utilize any of the other parts of the package because of the impossible long times on the bus. We did try to use the 2 hour bike ride and were then told at the company that is was an “add-on” not an actual 2 hour pass and when we showed the literature she said that was inaccurate so once again we were mislead and swindled as to what we were paying for. Our time and money is precious and we are single moms on a budget trying to show our daughters NYC and did not appreciate how much of our time and money this wasted. I am requesting a partial refund because we were misinformed and mislead on almost every bullet point of your advertising. We paid $316 for four 48 hour passes that we used for only 4 hours. We should have been told all the honest truths up front about how it operated. We are willing to pay the $29 per person rate instead and get a refund back of $150. I will be calling to follow-up on this message. I do want to speak with management. I’m not a rude person just really upset about the business ethics at play here and want to be justly compensated. My number is 225-226-****. My friend Aimee Dyess credit card for used for the purchase on Sept. 1 at the Empire State Building.

Locked on a bus and ignored by customer service

I was locked on a tour bus after a driver left the bus with no warning and not checking if any passengers were still on the bus. When I brought the incident up to customer service they conducted an investigation of their electronic ticket records. When they were unable to find an electronic record of my ticket they closed the investigation and refused to acknowledge that it happened and that they put me and my party at danger. I gave them time and location details and asked that they find footage from their on bus cameras or attempt to find the bus driver to corroborate my account. However they did not do any of these things. I also asked them if they had safety measures in place for their customers so that locking patrons on a bus would not happen again and they have refused to acknowledge that I have asked any questions. They have refused me a refund but not explained why my case does not qualify when I ask (referring to their terms and conditions). They continually tell me my case is under review but make no progress to actually resolving. They have been stringing me along for 2 months with no apparent intention of resolving my case. They have not responded to my emails for the past 3 weeks. I recently emailed them and was told to call a company number. However that number does not connect with any customer service department and refers me to file a complaint online. There is no apparent way to contact the company for me right now.
