Resolved: I have already placed 2 orders when I discovered possible fraud.
- - Emails show the first order shipped with carrier 4PX.
- - Tracking number 4PX300119****156CN shows no results.
- - Email contact returns 404; cannot reach them.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I filed a case with Paypal and they contacted the seller.
I get emails telling me my first order has shipped but they list the carrier as 4PX. What is that?
I have a tracking number but when I press track button- nothing comes up. 4PX300119****156CN
When I try to get service@***.com- page 404 appears.
I can not contact them, they continue to respond as though package has shipped with 4PX!
