I want a refund for this horrible not at all as described product...but all I’m getting is automated messages and the run around...or emails bouncing back to me. Who can I speak with on the phone about this issue???
Any why was my bank card charged by Tafilu but with TeeChip information??? Stop ripping people off!!!

Several years ago I bought a sweater from Chico's that literally fell apart at the seams when hand washed in cool water. The Store refused to refund or exchange or refund because of the 60 day rule.
I had purchased the sweater at the beginning of summer, and as the Bakersfield climate tries to kill you with the heat, I could not wear the sweater until the winter. It fell apart. f I did not shop at Chico's for years until three weeks ago, when lured by the bright colors,. I purchased another sweater.
It began unraveling after two wearings and washing by hand in cool water. I could not get a refund because it had been washed.
