I did get to talk to someone about an order. I have been ordering from toppick for many years.

What hit me was your phone number to call in an order. Unbelievable. Why do we need to go through with all that ridiculous information before ordering. I am ordering a hair solution scenario.

Not what your parent company is trying to sell or do. Ridiculous. Who the heck set that up. Must say the product is great.

And once you reach a person.

Which was not easy, she was very accommodating. Ricky Reicher I have been in marketing all my life, and your approach is way out of bounds.

Incorrect order sent by unknown source

Recd Toppik from Church & Dwight never heard of them, and credit card charged $50.35, so I filed a dispute with bank. Small bottle of Toppik sent.

Called Church & Dwightrep said new people had done this change with the name, said she would credit acct for $50.35, and not return small bottle. My acct was cancelled, and I was told to get a new one. I stopped the dispute, and waited for the credit of $50.35, and it never was issued. Called Pissed consumer and I still wont get to return small bottle, nor get full credit.

Rep said she would mail check for $21, Ive been with Toppik for about 5 years, and now so dissatisfied with how this was handled. I did nothing wrongChurch & Dwight rep made the mistake, messed up 2nd time by not issuing full credit as she said she would. I waited for credit to be issued and was told its too late now. Im a good customer and shouldnt have to called more than once to get this resolved.

I like Toppik and was receiving it every 6 weeks all this time. The product is good.

The rep tried to help me get full credit, but supervisor did not approve it. Im very unhappy with the way this was handled.
