I'm inquiring of a repair that I sent on October 31, 2018 to TopoDesigns 1440 South Acome Street Denver, Colorado I spoke via phone to Courtney at TopoDesigns and sent her photos of a small split in my grandsons back pack. I sent this back pack for repair on 10/31/18 and I have had no word of it being repaired or sent out to date.
It is December 22, 2018 and I was told it would take about 6 weeks for the repair. I included the form that was to be mailed back to Topo Designs along with my own letter of where i wanted this to be sent to when it was repaired I wanted it to be sent to my grandson Josef Caruso 1757 Morris Ave. Mineral Ridge, Ohio 44440 I also included my name and address and phone number Diane Caruso 369 Sixth Street Campbell, Ohio 44405 3** **5 2898 cell 330 360 **** I'm writing to inquire if the repair is done, and also if it was mailed out to my grandson? I have the tracking number and i called to see if your company received my package of the backpack and it was accepted on 11/718..So in my estimation you had more than enough time to repair it, and I am wondering where it is at this time.
Please be kind enough to contact me concerning my inquiry and let me know what is happening to this backpack. I did not purchase it for him, my daughter did, and she lives in Denver, Co. We reside in Ohio and I was asked to take care of the backpack repair mailing by my daughter. Thanks for your time and hopefully the answer to if this is solved and repaired or not.

To Whom It May Concern.
I spoke via phone to Courtney on 10/26/18, about sending my grandson's backpack to be repaired. I sent it to your Topo Design address of 1410 South Acoma Street
Denver, Co. 80223.
I included the information of the damage of a small slit to the back panel of this back pack. I also requested it to be mailed back to my grandson's home address. It was mailed on 10/31/18 and I have it tracked that you received it on November 7, 2018. I am still waiting for word of the repair, and also the mailing back of this product to my grandson.
I think I was told it would take close to 6 weeks for repairs, but in my estimation it has been much longer than 6 weeks.

I did request this in writing included with the shipped back pack. I would like to receive some information on the repair if it has started, and also information on the any mailing to the above person and address.
I am including as I had done in my prior request of the repair of this back pack my name address and phone number. I will be calling to speak to a representative as soon as Monday December 24th. I'm also regarding the fact that this is the day before Christmas, and your office might not be opened. I will keep trying until I get some type of resolve to my problem.
I think I should have gotten at least a small notice saying something about this repair and service to it, but as of today I have not.
