I purchased items before lockdown and now you are part of ASOS I need info on how I get a refund from topman

I cant get throughout to anyone that will help, I purchased items from topman blue water before lockdown and need a refund. I paid by cash but have a receipt. I called ASOS and they were very unhelpful, just want to return unwanted Christmas items please. Can you help,I have also called topman customer service number but their lines are unavailable. Incorrect refund amount

I received an email saying my refund is processed even though I never asked for a refund and was under the impression my delivery was on the way, they said they are going to give me the money back but the money they are refunding is short of what I paid. I have emailed, and I am getting no response from them

Being Mentally Abuse by Topman

I'm a customer with Topman for some years now, I registered online to order men's wear and I always paid before being delivered to my address, I did this on many occasions, but I started noticing some changes now over a month, whenever I selected my order on their site and advance to check out to pay, I always get a blank page instead of the usual select bank and type of payment page, I tried this many times, over and over, I was even being advised to clean my system cache and browser history wish I did, but I noticed that this problem doesn't only occur with my computer, I tried it on my laptop, my mobile device and my friend's devices, it's always the same result, then I decide another strategy, I make another fresh order with a new e.mail that is different from the original e.mail that I registered with topman, I did this on the same computer that I used for my previous registration, the order went through, I use my same bank details and received Topman notification of payment that is send to the new e. mail I purchase this items with, Topman send me this confirmation to let me know that they will deliver to my billing address, the same address I use from my original or first registration with topman, the same address on my bank details, I've been living on this address for over 20yrs, I made this order on 26th of December 2020, more than 14 days to this day that I'm writing this letter, since I've been ordering from Topman, I always received my order on 6th day prior to my order. Before today after this order I made on the 26th of December, I saw other items I wanted to order on their website on January 6th 2021 while still waiting for my previous order, I then noticed the same problem with this newly registered e.mail, when I checked out to go to the payment, it only showed my a blank page, I tried everything like I did the first time, it doesn't help, I can not make any payment, once again, I decided to use another e.mail, and after using another e.mail, my other went through, like all my previous registration, I used the same billing address, delivery address and bank details, and I also received payment confirmation on the new e. mail, I then decided immediately to try and make another order and check out to payment, just to try to see what is going to happen, I realised for the third time, this new e.mail has also been blocked to make any payment, it showed a blank page whenever I advance to pay, this is when I realised that I'm being targeted by Topman, this is when I realised that I've been single out and discriminated on by topman, I feel rejected by topman for no reason I can ever think of, to make the matter worse, all my 2 separate order has never arrived up till now, I want to take any step or necessary action against topman, I will wait for the corona to reduce a little bit, I want to take every legal action against topman, this is a serious mental abuse, they don't return my money or my order, they never told me if I did something to deserves this evil treatment towards me It affected me terribly. if I know I did something wrong, it will be a different case, the only thing I can think of doing wrong is being a customer with topman. I can not sleep, I can not eat, I lose weight, I fear being targeted, I fear someone is trying to hurt me, I have pains in my brain, I had bad dreams, I feel very angry, I have to instal security device in my house, I never thought people you pay your money to you buy things will ever try yo hurt you. I will like to sue them, there is nothing they can do anymore, they once offered me an apology for keeping my goods in their warehouse late but they never resolve it, they never answer anymore to all the letter and emails I send them, they never respond to my calls anymore.

User's recommendation: If Topman can treat me this way, they will treat anybody the same, they are evil people who have no remorse or care about anybody's feelings.

I want my order to be delivered to my address and compensation with what I went through mentally, you made me sick

Order did not arrive

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans but only two pairs arrived and a t shirt which I did not order! Also there was no cover/returns note in the package! I have already emailed Topman over 2 weeks ago and Ive still heard nothing! Can someone please contact me! Many thanks
