DEFECTIVE X7 SCANNER WITH FAULTY SOFTWARE .
Was contacted by IDUTEX from may 11 we exchang about 10 e mails , they are technical support for AncelTech, there conclusions was it's a software problem and they cannot fix it , I was told to contact the seller , which is top tool through e bay , i also ask IDUTEX representatives to foward an e mail to AncelTech or e bay , but e bay don't assist there customers either .Just imagine spending a few hundred dollars for x7 scanner that never works and I can't get my money back
Anxel x7 scanner that never worked, and was bought in 2022, the item # 292270****47 order # 07-08***-*****, i sent 12 e mails to e bay and toptool no reply.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: As a customer on e bay I will recommend seek another on line company. And stay away from anceltech.com x7 tool, they don't support customers .
