I have filed a claim with the company’s insurance company, CSI. Am still waiting for a response.

Company quoted $1924. Gave them a deposit of over $900. On the day they were to pick up my items, they charged me $1000 more. If I disputed that amount and asked them to not move my items, I would have lost the $900+ deposit I gave them. The company said I must have had more items than I originally claimed. Advised them I had less. They stated a number of different reasons for increase and none of them were relevant. I tried three times to resolve via email. This company NEVER responded. Filed with BBB and company said the issue was resolved. No one contacted me or did anything. I disputed that response with BBB and company responded with something having nothing whatsoever to do with the complaint. This company is deceptive, uses bait and switch and has total lack of transparency. They lied continuously throughout the entire process. They were 7 hours late delivering my items. There are many more things but too little room to write them all. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EXPECTING THEM TO DO ANYTHING THAT THEY SAY. You dont have to take my word for this. Just check reviews on this company. They are located in Passaic NJ ID
