Refused to transfer suppressor

If you are purchasing items requiring Class III transfer, do not go through this company. I purchased a Ti-Rant 9 suppressor from them (which required an out of state transfer to a local dealer) and after I paid, they went completely dark. They didn't respond to e-mails or phone calls by myself or by the local Class III dealer to whom they were transferring the suppressor. It was not until I demanded a refund and threatened legal action (after several months) that they finally BEGAN the transfer process. In addition, when I finally received the suppressor, they installed the wrong thread so I had to pay an additional $80 out of pocket to fix it myself since they never again responded.

Avoid Top Notch Tactical

"I place an order with Top Notch Tactical on 03/16/2012. They charged my credit card right away but did not process the order until 03/20/2012. I called and emailed explaining that i needed the order to arrive at my house by 03/23/2012 and that i would pay any additional shipping costs so that the order would arrive on the date i specified. I was reassured by Alan and Rich that the package would arrive on time. The order shipped 03/21/12 and it arrived on 03/27/12, which is way past the date i needed it and was reassured that it would arrive on. I ordered Daniel Defense buffer extension tube but received a Vltor buffer extension tube instead. On the website it shows Daniel Defense and on my invoice it shows Daniel Defense. So why would they send me a Vltor? I contacted the seller and they don't seem very concerned with my issue. They jerked me around with my order. They screwed up the shipping, could not track my package, took forever to reply to my emails, sent me the wrong items. Would you consider ordering from them? I do not recommend using Top Notch Tactical. They are very unprofessional and simply don't care that a customer is not satisfied. I will never make another purchase with Top Notch Tactical again. Primary Arms is an absolute pleasure to place an order with. They are based out of Texas. They have amazing customer service. They have processed and shipped my orders that same day. You don't get jerked around by Primary Arms. No excuses, no false promises just 100% satisfaction. Top Notch Tactical can learn some lessons from them.
