on the 8th of July I placed an order with this company for the parts in the included images (notice the status on both parts shows "Available"... attached to the order I included a note, "if these items are actually available to ship from the manufacturer, you have my permission to take my money and process this order...

however, if the items are not actually available for immediate shipping as shown on your site, and are currently on backorder, I am requesting that you cancel this order and issue a full refund, because I do not wish to wait for the items to eventually become available", a few days after placing the order I received a voice message from Wendy stating that one of the items was on backorder with on ETA, she wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the order entire order or have them ship the one side that they had in stock... I message her the next day saying to cancel the entire order, didn't hear anything, so I messaged again the next day, still not reply, so I called

I called on 7/13/23, Wendy was not at work, so I spoke with another girl who said the order was still pending and it had not been canceled, she also stated that she couldn't cancel the order, so she sent a message to someone else to do it? the order is still not cancelled, and I still have not received a refund... I was very clear in the message that I included, that the order was to be cancelled if any of the items went on backorder, and to issue a full refund, which they have failed to do up to this point!!!

please issue a full refund!! spoke with Tom on the phone today (asked for Wendy, unavailable again) and he said he would look into this situation, tired of getting the run around from this business, no tracking information has ever been sent, it's been 11 days since I placed the order and paid for it online... I didn't want to wait on backorders with no ETA's!!!

just because they show the part is available on their site, does not mean it is actually available... I was contacted via email and told they were actually on backorder with no estimated time of arrival!!!

User's recommendation: AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH TOP FLIGHT AUTOMOTIVE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST THAT I'VE HAD THE SHEER DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!!!
