They took money for a service that was not legitimate

Purchased 2 tickets for a Statue of Liberty& Ellis island tour and when my husband and myself came to the tour we were told this was not legitimate and top dog is not certified to sale tickets for a tour and would not accept my tickets.. I want a full refund

User's recommendation: Do not go through Top Dog tours.
