Bad customer relations i.e. ripoff

bought a Top Dawg dash cam online (yes I know dumb)last month. First indication something amiss: 1) box wasn't wrapped or even taped; 2)cords were just jumbled up and pushed into box with cam; 3)missing the operation manual; and 4)the SDHC card wasn't in box. Called them up told them the 3 things and person said he could email the instructions. Told him it wasn't packaged as a new product, he had no answer. With the instructions (a big joke!) was playing around with the cam and found out where the SDHC card was-IN THE CAM already. Then downloaded to laptop and vola-there is good old boy Hank (name tag on his shirt) playing around with the cam trying to get it to work. Had about 15 files already on the card-i.e. IT WAS USED as I suspected. Apparently, good old boy Hank from Oklahoma (he had a OU steering wheel cover on his truck)couldn't figure out the cam and returned it to Top Dawg. Sent them a email with the new revelation and the said OH WE NEVER SEND OUT USED EQUIP yah right my name is Hank and I *** sure don't look like him (thank GOD). The camera seems to work fairly well but still can't figure out some things on it (thanks to the abmissmal instructions) BEWARE OF THIS DEALER.
