Cancel my subscription and return my money
I have two charges for 9.99 from your company. I tried to log into the app with my email but I don't know how to do so.
I don't use that app, so I really need my money back and need to cancel that subscription. My emails are reach23@***.com, reachxhee@***.com, and reach23@***.com.
It needs to be with one of those. I need my money back.

Charged after months of deactivation.
I logged into Toomics to see if my account had been deactivated as I had requested at least two months ago. When I entered my login credentials, it said that this account has been deactivated.
However, two days later, I received a $23.99 charge from Toomics. I would like an immediate refund.
