Order not turned up and keep getting fobbed off

Ordered a hammer never arrived at store and twice i have turned up after being told it would be there but nothing.no emails or sms notifications and counter staff that havnt a clue.go to screwfix instead ,much more efficient and notifications all the way.never had any probs with screwfix

Disgraceful customer treatment from Stephanie in Glasgow Kinning Park

Asked me to get code for something I couldnt find from catalogue told me she wasnt serving me with disgusting attitude that I was in the wrong just about to spend £200/300 . Incredible

Recorded my address details incorrectly

Having brought to their attention the erroneous address details held on their database, they promised to make the necessary amendments. However, when I received the requisite email following an order, I discovered they had not in fact made the promised correction. Following Pissed Consumer's intervention, their Customer Services emailed me to confirm the necessary adjustments had now been done. I will only know the veracity of their email when and if I submit a future order.

User's recommendation: Their products are competively priced: and you only have to spend £25 for free next day delivery. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, and attribute the incorrect recording of my address to an IT "glitch".

Cancellation of catalogue

No complaint, I wanted to cancel the Toolstation catalogue because my husband has died and I didnt know how to contact them. I had a response from them very quickly and an assurance that my late husbands name would be removed from the mailing list so I was very happy with that. Thank you for your efforts on my behalf.
