Tool box wheels
We had purchased a stainless tool box from Lowes awhile back and its never been out of the garage or moved from were it sit. today we moved it to clean garage and the wheels were deteriorated. This shouldn't happen what can you do to fix this issue, has we rolled it they just chipped up and fell part never seen that before think Kobalt should replace them its a defect not on our part
