Do not use Tools.com, they take your money and don't supply the product. I got one email back from them which did not respond to my issue then total silence.

Poor quality customer service

I purchased a work table for T Track and the description said it was universal and would fit other T Track items. Well, that was a big lie as I have T Track items from Rockler, Lowe's and Home Depot and none will fit the poorly designed table from Grizzley., I contacted them to let them know they had a problem and waited for a response but to no avail.

The track is too narrow for T Track bolts and the bolts have to be ground down to fit. Found it much easier to spend an additional $150 to get proper sized T Tracks to fit the table. I called them again yesterday to see if it had been corrected but the customer service rep said nothing had been done.

Basic attitude was go eat dirt. I have spent thousands of dollars with Grizzley but no more and I hope this helps potential customers keep from getting shafted by them.
