Product Never Picked Up
I bought an air dryer which never worked. I was told to package it up and they would pick it up. It was never picked up and now no one will return my phone calls and emails.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Later that same day I decided to cancel the order because the specs were wrong. I contacted Toolots and my order was canceled immediately. The rep told me I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. As of January 31, 11 days later I still had not received my refund.
I called them. The rep told me I would not get my refund till March 14th, 3 months from the original order/cancellation. This was not a return but an order cancellation.
Toolots is keeping my money for 3 months! They have refused all requests to refund my money.
