I had this app on my phone and its like every other week the app keep popping up an official notice and saying to download something thats not in the App Store nor will take me to the app I just want to know if you can remove it permanently so I can continue to watch my shows on there and movies also can you add the day of the jackal season 2 on there

The app I have TooBrowser has an official notice on it can you please remove it
I've had the app for a long time and it was working 2 days ago, but now there's an official notice saying 'The application has stopped working. Download our new app and continue watching.' If you're unable to click the button, please search for 'MillWind' in the App Store to download it. I don't think it's fair that I've had the app on my phone and the official notice pops up and I can't exit the notice and finish watching TV shows or movies.
