Tony's Auto RIP OFF Grand Rapids,Michigan
In May of 2012 I took my Chevy Tahoe to my usual Auto mechanic to get an alternator replaced, Okay not a problem things like that occur so had to get it repaired to get to work. Here's the problem when I go to pick up my truck and get it to switch into gear and turn the steering wheel I can barely turn the thing. So I run back into the office and get one of the guys to come out and take a look. He says to me "Oh yeah the guy who fixed your truck says your power steering pump went out, he just told us and he's gone for the day". Now I'm no mechanic but to my understanding would'nt I have had some indication days prior it was going out, I stand corrected if I'am wrong. So he told me to bring it back the next day so he can take a look and he would give me a good discount to get the repairs. I go back and needless to say the discount was null and void and he wanted $200 to fix it. Bull ***, He must've thought I was a fool. I told him "I have been a customer for about ten years, you all can make this right if you choose". So to make this long story short I'am no longer a customer. It all started when they got these young guys in the shop working, I may not have been the first to experience problems and may not be the last but never again will these CROOKS get a chance to rip me off.

Auto repair with no warrenty or service
i repaired my car with a new fan motor and housing was charged for antifreeze and labor and part used. after 2 months the fan broke again repair shop told me he could get a new fan but would not cover his service and i would have to pay for labor and antifreeze again. talked to over 10 other repair shops in area and they all gave a 1 year to 3 months warrentee for parts and labor. not one said we do not cover our service. except the one i used. Tony A/c repair in Honolulu, Hi made me go to another shop to find out all told me no need to buy antifreeze as it would not leak out to change the fan
