Need to reorder some boots

Can I get some boots reordered with the numbers on inside of boots. Been looking for the same color and boot but no luck. I emailed you guys a couple of months ago no response.what would you all need from me just the pics of the boots and inner numbers.

Purchased 3 months ago. Soles separating from both boots, lost receipt, I have pictures but no place to attach here. Could I get a replacement pair size 9EEE or equipment style same style
