Horrible boots
- - Two pairs of Tony Lama boots had heels fall off within a month.
- - They asked me to choose similar-priced boots from their site and had slow, rude service.
It's 2023 had two pairs of brand new Tony lama boots. The heels on both pairs fell off in about a month of wearing them.
Sent one pair in to them. they had me pick ones similar in price off there website. There selection was not very good. They were rude.
They took forever to get back. I got the new pair and within a month the heel fell off those as well.
User's recommendation: Don't buy Tony lama boots if you work for a living.
