Horrible boots
It's 2023 had two pairs of brand new Tony lama boots. The heels on both pairs fell off in about a month of wearing them.
Sent one pair in to them. they had me pick ones similar in price off there website. There selection was not very good. They were rude.
They took forever to get back. I got the new pair and within a month the heel fell off those as well.
User's recommendation: Don't buy Tony lama boots if you work for a living.

Need to reorder some boots
Can I get some boots reordered with the numbers on inside of boots. Been looking for the same color and boot but no luck. I emailed you guys a couple of months ago no response.what would you all need from me just the pics of the boots and inner numbers.

Purchased 3 months ago. Soles separating from both boots, lost receipt, I have pictures but no place to attach here.
Could I get a replacement pair size 9EEE or equipment style same style
Preferred solution: Same style steel toe size 9EEE
